We are a cozy neighbourhood hair salon in the Upper Beaches that has been serving the Beaches community for over 35 years.
The salon originally opened on Queen Street East for years until it moved to our current home on Main Street.
Our space features antique mirrors and furniture, rustic hardwood floors, eclectic local artwork on the walls with lots of natural light. You’ll find a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere that welcomes you and your family.
At Beachcomber, we have a passion for creating beautiful colour, great haircuts, getting to know your hair and making you look your best!
P.S. In keeping with our neighbourhood’s love of dogs, you may find Denis, our Salon Assistant, Therapy Dog & Chief of Cuteness sitting by the window. He loves curly cuts and good hair days!

TANYA
Tanya is the proud owner of Beachcomber Hair Salon with over 30 years of experience doing hair. Her hair education began in Bulgaria and continued when she moved to Toronto. She has been working at Beachcomber for over 20 years and in 2016 became owner of this little local gem. She is incredibly skilled with cut, colour and styling but creating colour is her passion and it shows!

PAVLINA
Pavlina has been at stylist at Beachcomber for over 13 years. She has a total of 34 years of experience doing hair and started her training and career in Europe. She is incredibly talented at all things hair and is exceptional at highlights.

MARY
Mary is the newest addition to Beachcomber however a fun fact is that she used to work at Beachcomber back when it first opened! We are excited to welcome her back and love that things have come full circle. She has over 20 years of experience in cutting and colouring. Her specialties are balayage, thick/course hair, pixie cuts, and funky, bright colours.
